This is a much-coveted Registration within the Electrical Trade and is considered the ‘gold standard’ of achievement by Electricians.
Platinum Promise and Complaints Procedure
We stand behind the quality expected by the NICEIC and we believe that as a consumer you should have peace of mind. The Platinum Promise means that if you are not happy with the work carried out by an NICEIC registered contractor and they agree that it is deficient they will help you to appeal through the NICEIC complaints process and have the work put right.
Competence, Safety & Compliance with building regulations
All Contractors registered by NICEIC are regularly assessed to ensure that they are capable and competent of meeting the necessary safety and technical standards. Also the NICEIC Building Regulations Schemes are authorised to self-certify their work to the Local Building Control Body.
NuGen Electrical are a registered member of the Electrical Contractors' Association (ECA), the UK's leading trade association for the electrotechnical services industry.
NuGen Electrical has achieved the SMAS Worksafe certification, a Safety Schemes in Procurement, by meeting the required standards in Health & Safety policy, organisation and arrangements. We provide a safe system of work and co-operate with other and co-ordinate our project works with those other contractors involved. As a principal contractor, we also provide all the necessary welfare provision.
